Important information about delivery outside Switzerland

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. If you order form outside Switzerland, you will have to pay separately the local VAT upon import in your country. The local VAT is collected by the parcel service company.

Return Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Notification of Cancellation

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Spider Network AG, Steinmaurstrasse 33, 8173 Neerach Switzerland, info@velobsessive.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, excluding delivery costs immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in undamaged condition.

Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 7 days has expired.

Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
